Remote position for Southwest
Partner Operations & Installation:
Field Support Manager is responsible for SunEdison's Authorized Installer (SAI) network of partners and the SunEdison staff managing this national network of residential photovoltaic system installers. The Manager's primary areas of focus are on matching installer network capacity to sales volume, reducing overall installation cycle times, reducing installation labor costs via product and practice innovations, and safely delivering high-quality installations. The FSM reports to SunEdison's Director of Partner Operations and works regularly with the department Managers in marketing, business development, sales, project management, system design, and customer service to ensure the achievement of SunEdison's business goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Manage installation operations across multiple regions to achieve business revenue and margin goals.
Improve NPS scores
Support SunEdison's Network of Partners and Regional Sales Managers
Drive process improvement
Define and develop operational metrics to adhere to SLA's
Development Quality Control processes, documentation and training programs
Implement safety management plan and drive adoption by installation partners with help from ES&H Manager.
Identify, negotiate and contractually on-board and terminate SunEdison Authorized Installation Partners
Collaborate to maintain SAI base, and improve annual contracts.
Continue to evaluate SAI Partners for workmanship, quality, NPS and cost.
Ensure SAI Partners comply with SunEdison's SOP and industry standards
Interact with Partner Support Managers and other supporting functions within operations in the execution of Installations
Oversee specific projects directly as necessary, perform occasional field work including site audit
Interact with Customers for escalations on an as needed basis
Maintain CRM database for account access, required information, and reporting
Requirements (education, Experience, Certifications, And Other Skills)
BS Degree in related field
5 years residential construction, minimum 3 in supervisory role, or 3 years relevant solar experience in supervisory role.
NABCEP Certified preferred
Thorough understanding of IBC, IRC, NEC and other related codes
Prior experience working with a young startup a plus
Large-scale infrastructure deployment expertise a plus
Ability to travel -- may require overnight travel
Customer relationship Management expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
Must be able to work in a dynamic, high paced, demanding environment. Be well organized and with attention to detail. Complete assignments accurately and on time. Be able to interface with SunEdison team members and management, as well as vendors, installation partners and customers. Have excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
