Job Description:
RingCentral is looking for a Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Ring Central Office ? our flagship product. Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, this individual will drive the development and creation of crisp product messaging and content. Additionally, this individual will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and the broader marketing team to define and scale sales initiatives and campaigns to accelerate revenue growth.
This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with RingCentral executive management, product management, and sales leadership. This position is based in the Belmont, CA headquarters office.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals
Provide product-level positioning and marketing messaging for RingCentral's core offerings
Define and report KPIs to track product adoption and revenue targets
Coordinate cross-functional product launches
Partner with sales to understand the sales cycle, including buyer personas, sales motions, and adoption barriers. Work cross-functionally to continuously streamline the sales cycle.
Lead product marketing campaigns to accelerate sales initiatives
Create collateral to communicate the value of RingCentral products to different types of buyer personas
Develop sales enablement materials that help sellers effectively position and sell against competition
Support AR/PR and awareness activities including webinars, industry events, direct marketing, collateral and customer case studies
Create market requirement documents (MRD) as necessary
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of product marketing or product management experience; Tier 1 MBA strongly preferred
Technical knowledge in business communications, messaging, collaboration, file sharing, cloud, and/or SaaS markets
Proven success developing and executing product go-to-market plans targeting Enterprise customers
Curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible messaging
Excellence in communicating ideas, with a strong capacity for storytelling
Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly, and work through ambiguity with ease
Excellent skills in writing, slide creation/visualization of ideas, and presentation to large audiences
Experience working directly with senior management, direct sales and large partners
Ability to travel periodically (approximately 20%)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
