RingCentral is developing the next generation of integrated communication products - telephone, video conferencing, messaging, and call center management software. Power to the customer, which means they get to touch everything: change settings with Web forms, configure and reconfigure from their smartphones and fiddle with a fast-growing array of features and capabilities. Lead the team developing RingCentral's next-generation Contact Center offering
Develop and execute RingCentral's product strategy, with a keen focus on serving the extensibility needs of current and future customers
Collaborate with Design, Development and GTM functions to conceive features, plan projects, and build roadmaps
Build an organizational structure that keeps product management empowered and managers informed
Anticipate future product needs and craft plans to realize them, and balance feature development with investments in tech debt reduction
Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with RingCentral Contact Center
Work closely with the Executive staff to define product strategy and execution
Prepare product presentations for the Executive staff, customers and analysts
Represent RingCentral in industry events, and help promote the RingCentral Contact Center brand
10+ years of experience in technical product management
5+ years of experience leading a team of product managers
Prior experience with cloud contact center applications and good knowledge of the market and the players
Sufficient technical experience with cloud-based web and mobile applications to be able to talk to engineers about architecture and product decisions
A track record of taking products to market and managing the product life cycle from cradle to grave
A proven history of driving product strategy and shipping products with multi-functional teams
Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a quantitative science
MS or MBA a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
